It has been brought to our attention that the City of Plainview's Brush Site has been used as a garbage dump. Please note that the Brush Site is NOT a place to dump your garbage. The brush site is for organic lawn debris only.

Dog License run January to December and are renewed annually, however starting in 2022, there is the option of a 1-year, 2-year or 3-year dog license for the City of Plainview residents.
There are requirements regarding your dog’s rabies vaccine. Please read the form carefully.
This form is available at City Hall or on the City’s website under “News and Announcements” or “Services and Forms.”
Please bring completed form to City Hall along with payment, and a copy of your dog’s rabies vaccination record to receive dog license.
