Plainview Comprehensive Plan 2018-2038
The final draft of the Comprehensive Plan is now available for download. The Plan was drafted in 2018 - 2019 by staff at Bolton & Menk with input from city staff, an advisory panel, and a community survey.
We welcome your comments on this Plan, as it will guide development and investment in the City of Plainview for years to come. Feel free to email Email D.Toddwith any questions or concerns.
Plainview Pedestrian Plan was crafted by Bolton & Menk, and adopted by city council November 2021. To view the final document please see attached below.
